While not "strictly" Virus humor ................ there was a humorous event today that was a result of the CV-19 "bug":
Taking one of my vehicles down to the shop for a renewal smog cert, they were having the customers pull into the drive-thru service bays
rather than get into the vehicles themselves whenever possible.
SO ............. As I'm sitting outside waiting for my car, the vehicle in the next slot (oil change) noses slowly forward out of the bay heading down
slope. Two employees come running. Joined by a third, they halted the vehicle before it came to the steeper grade of the lot and (unable to start
the engine minus oil) slowly pushed it back.
No harm done.
People do the dumbest things. Never assume that the customer has put the vehicle in "park" or set the brake.
