If I miss spoke I stand corrected, must have been something I had read some place else.. must have lost the point ... not sure there is a real point to it all ... and sorry it did not work out.. ADD is another issue which some much deal with too... on a daily basis too..

Yes I do get lazy.. as one can see... as I don't tend to worry about some of that.. too much.. at all, at this point in time....

It is what it is... at this point in time and space.. don't want to infer that I am much more than just average if that ... never have tried to be number one.... just be myself and try a say what I'm thinking the best I can

And you are not the first one I've heard with that particular comment about getting to the point, used to work with them for a long while .. think I mentioned that... earlier..

If some expect things and/or people to be in a certain sequence and/or order .. I can see that my thinking would be somewhat tedious if not just plain frustrating .... for some

Understood, and taken under advisement and consideration

As you said, it is what it is, and I see no reason for you to take it under advisement or consideration, if you are content with the way you express yourself.

My being content has nothing to do with it.... as I have stated, this IS the way I express myself, most of the time .. and it is also a personality type ... other fault, never satisfied with most anything I do.. it is never exactly what I want.. whether it's playing music, drawing, taking pictures, just about anything.. always trying to do a bit better .... with what I have... as most of the time I'm peddling as fast as I can

Was trying to accommodate others, who found some of my posts, to difficult and/or tiring to read ....

Also, one must write to their audience ... :):)

Which I attempt in my way to accomplish ... and in some cases, I'm successful ... in other ... no... even DK has said ........ your posts are soooooooooo long... pretty much like this short response..

And I try to take ALL under advisement and consideration.. All's thinking and feelings ... again that goes back to my "personality type".... and is most likely the genesis of my writing "style(?)", .. as I do think this has a great deal with how one writes..

I know Dennis said he writes to himself.. but, we all know that is not exactly the way he writes.. I don't even know Dennis... but, can see that he has a tremendous amount of knowledge which he "shares" in his own way... which at first I did not understand completely, not that I do completely now.. but that I have a better understanding of how he expresses himself.. and I tend to read his posts with a different ear.. as I'm listening to him ... think.. not talk.. much the same with that crazyass Marine and many others, MRbillM,Goat, Beercan, BMG, Oldlady, Longlegs, Soulpatch, Russ, BG, noproblemo2 and many, many more.. each has something else to say, and say it in their own way... and which I like.. like the variation myself... even with all the "hair and warts".. again.. back to a personality type..

Can remember Russ, posting an apology for a miss-spell when I first got here... told him don't sweatthesmallchit... and very glad to see an English teacher of 30 years express some of this kind of thinking.. had an uncle that taught english for about the same.. retired to Pine AZ with my Grandfather.. both have now passed, my uncle just four months ago.. see there I go... made me think of my relatives.. in AZ.. just thought I would put a "shout out" for them.. God Bless good folks.. too

Find it all a learning experience, everyday... as also stated.. and if I'm just average in IQ ... I would consider myself lucky.. many sharper tacks in the bag, then I... in my opinion

Good grammer and good diction is very important. However, it is much better to have something interesting and worthwhile to say than to have nothing to say, but to say it correctly.

When I become annoyed upon hearing poor grammer, I try to remind myself of Will Rogers and Mark Twain.

Always have like both, very much.. Will Rogers.. boy, we need someone like that big time... or Mark Twain..

However, for me .... could never be that good, no matter how much I worked at it and with someone going over what "ramble" about..

But, agree with your "thought".. and/or thinking.. on grammar and diction.. used to belong to Toastmasters.. a very good organization and a lot of fun too .. loved "table topics" the most (just go, with anything) .. and the "bell" for the "ahhhh's"

One of these days, I'm going to have to get down there to Sharkey's for a religous experience... as it seems to be working pretty good for many, and for those who need something to rest on, due to a bad back.. (the bar if I'm being to crypt) while praying..

Plus there appeared to be some pretty good food around there too.. could smell it...

Oh, another thing... grammar.. it took be four times before I was able to get a C in English 50 when I was going to night school and Long Beach City College.. that stuff, just does not stick in my brain pan.. along with math.. the horror!! and I dropped an Art Major.. for Science.. talk about water torture.. plus, all the folks in science were pre-med, per-dental or pre-vet.. in that order... a few stupid ones like my self were in it to "protect" the environment and make things better...:lol::lol::lol:

And what or who is the ATM Band ?... any good?

Yeah....they're really good. A few guys from the states playing stuff we know.
I'm not sure if they're still playing there or not. I'll perform a thorough investigation of the matter this afternoon.

Now that sounds like fun... and what Baja is all about... thorough investigations into matters of true importance...

If you can, please give us an update...

And someone was talking about a Chili Cook Off Aug 21st ..... is that somewhere around over in your area ... sounds like something that really needs some thorough investigation too, perhaps even documentation with pictures ....

Any Nomads that will be entering? ..

Chili .... now there is a topic that could start a thread and go for a while... man, do I like chili.. with cold beer...

Marine... know you have slept in the bush out side some bar in olongapo before .. that's a weak excuse ..

With that turbo deluxe super air mattress, I'm sure you could crash out just about any where.. drunk or sober... ya, I know you don't drink... that's ok, someone else can for you...

And drinking a club soda with your Chili ... you should be ashamed of yourself.... that is close to blasphemy :lol:
