2nd Annual Paella Festival, September 4th

It's that time again for the Paella Festival in Rosarito. The date is September 4th at 2PM and this time it will be to benefit Pasitos http://www.pasitos.org/home_i/index.asp wich is an educational center that helps families with children with Autism. 100% of all ticket sales and sponsorship moneys will be for this cause so I hope you can attend.
Last years paella festival was great http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=47205#pid5458... and this year will be even better.

We were able to make it last year. FDT put on a fantastic event. If you make it, make sure to let FDT know you're either going ahead of time, or at least stop by and say hello to him at the event.

Wow, looks like a great event. Would love to be there, but we will be on vacation during this time. Maybe next year. Love this kind of Baja stuff!
And, if Ferna is involved, it's gotta be good!

It is a great event, with food, wine, beer, music, lots of music, live music, great live music.
Did I mention music?
yes, I'm involved, very involved, I kind of created the event last year in order to promote another type of event in Rosarito besides tacos and beer.
I'll tell you the whole story later.
Last year was particularly great because of the people that showed up for it, some very special people like my very good friend Doug and family, among others......
It is a great event.

Fernando, do you pay at the door to attend or need to reserve a table? Additionally, are they selling things there to raise these monies or are people just donating during the event? Did not see a price on the flyer for entry into the event but maybe I just overlooked it somewhere what is the ticket price? Take Care & Travel Safe--- "No Hurry, No Worry, Just FUN" bajafun777

Fernando, I had friends unexpected friends come in and their wish list took me off in another direction today, so I hope that your fundraiser was successful. I helped with a funraiser yesterday at the community I stay in for X-mas gifts for kids this year. Sorry, I was unable to attend as it looked good but maybe next year. I will still be giving gifts for your X-mas fundraiser as always this year, as I love to see the happy faces of those children receiving gifts.
